Silver Level (includes 2 ball tickets and quarter page ad): $400 USD
Gold Level (includes 4 ball tickets and half page ad): $750 USD
Platinum Level (includes one ball table (10) and full page ad): $1,500 USD
Available through Sunday, January 14, 2024. Once purchased, a ticketing chair will contact sponsors to coordinate ball tickets and advertising submissions.
ADVERTISING SUBMISSION DETAILS
There are three ad sizes: Full Page (8” x 10”); Half Page (8” x 5.225”); and Quarter Page (3.875” x 5.225”). Deadline for copy is Sunday, January 21, 2024. Ads should be sent to Josh O’Connell ([email protected]) and CC: Morgana deLuxe ([email protected]) and our treasurer ([email protected]). Ads should be High Resolution digital files (JPG, TIFF, EPS minimum 300 dpi, all fonts converted to outlines). Artwork sent not to size or scale may be cropped, scaled, or stretched to fit the available space, which may result in loss of image, text and quality. The program book will be full color. Please reference your organization’s name in the title of your e-mail.
